Reservations can be made from our website, by phone, by email or through the websites of our partners. 

The payment of the tourist tax is included in the price (0.30 € / pers / night). Maison Farol has the obligation to collect it and pay it entirely to the Public Treasury.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The tenant may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in the contract. No modification (erasure, overload). will not be accepted in the drafting of this contract without the agreement of both parties.

He. USE OF PREMISES

The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises. On departure, the tenant agrees to return the furnished apartment as clean as he finds it on arrival. The rental can in no case benefit third parties. The owner will provide the accommodation as described and will keep it in working order.

III. DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT

A request for a security deposit may be requested from tenants who have not left their bank loan. it will be returned to the tenant upon departure. In the event of loss or degradation of items of furniture or equipment made available to it by the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost of restoration or replacement costs. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to supplement the sum after the exit inventory.

IV. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

In the event that the number of people accepted which is mentioned in the contract is exceeded. The lessor reserves the right to refuse additional tenants, or to perceive an increase.

V. ANIMALS

If animals, even pets, are not allowed, (except by prior agreement on contract) their presence would result in the immediate termination of this contract.

VI. STATE OF PLAY AND INVENTORY

The inventory and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be made at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner and the tenant and will bear the signature of both parties.

VII. PAYMENT

The reservation will become effective when the tenant has to pay online the full amount of the stay or when the signed contract will be returned with a check for 25% of the amount and a deposit check of 500 € before the date indicated in front. The balance of the rental will be paid upon your arrival at the furnished apartment by check or cash unless the total payment of the sum has been made online. If the tenant delays his arrival, he must notify the owner in advance and send him the balance of the rent for the date of the start of the rental initially planned. 

VIII. INTERRUPTION OF STAY

In the event of an early interruption of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not called into question, no refund will be made, except for the security deposit under the conditions indicated above (article III) .

IX. TERMS OF CANCELATION

All cancellations must be made in writing before the arrival date:
14 days before the planned arrival: no deduction. 7 days before the expected arrival: 50% of the stay retained
48 hours before the planned arrival: 100% of the stay retained  / with the exception of COVID19

X. INSURANCE

The owner has special home insurance. The tenant does not need to take out one. Maison Farol reserves the right to invoice the tenant for any damage or degradation made by the tenant during the stay. Maison Farol cannot be held liable for all the inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breakdown in service, an external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses, or any damage caused to devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops, medical devices, etc.) when using our electricity network. In addition, our responsibility can not be engaged in the event of bodily accidents caused to tenants during the stay.

XI. DISPUTES OR CLAIMS

It is recommended to contact La Maison Farol which will intervene to promote the amicable settlement of disputes: - If the contract has been signed by the owner and the tenant, - if the complaint is made within the first three days for any dispute concerning the inventory or the description. - at the end of the stay for all other disputes.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site www.maisonfarol.com is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts located in France.
